Chris is COO with DevelopX, a PE backed professional services group that serves clients in the areas of consulting, software engineering and nearshoring. The group comprises 200+ employees across three entities in Germany, Poland and Portugal. Chris' main responsibility is the expansion of the software engineering and web3 related activities of the group. Before joining DevelopX, Chris held a commercial management position at a well established software engineering boutique. Prior to that, Chris spent the majority of his professional career with top tier management consultancies supporting clients with transformation and restructuring programs. He also gathered entrepreneurial experience founding a mobile fitness startup. Chris holds a diploma in physics from TUM and finished his studies half a year below the regular period. He is a loving husband and father of a son. He is an active member of Moonbirds, a firm believer in crypto native values and an advocate for an open metaverse.
